Laura Elswick, a construction industry veteran who joined Miles•McClellan in 2009, has been named the company's Community Outreach Manager. In her new role, Elswick will be responsible for continuing the company's track record of successful inclusion of disadvantaged and minority-owned businesses.

"My goal is for Miles•McClellan to be recognized as the leader for inclusion and diversity," Elswick said. "We consistently exceed participation goals, and adding this new position will help us continue doing so. Community outreach is something we take very seriously."

According to CEO, Lonnie Miles, the company is looking forward to forging new relationships and expanding opportunities for disadvantaged businesses. "Miles•McClellan believes that the people of the community should build the community," he said.
