Miles•McClellan has established a two-part Outreach Program to facilitate diverse participation in our construction projects. We are a 51% minority-owned business and are certified with the State of Ohio, City of Columbus, and South East Ohio Minority Business Council.

Reaching In

When Miles•McClellan is engaged as your Outreach Coordinator, we work within the community to ensure the participation goals of minority-owned and female-owned businesses are met. 

Our Outreach process includes:

• Development of inclusion goals and subcontracting plan
• Pre-bid networking events to match MBE/MFE and majority-owned businesses
• Education seminars for vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Individual coaching and mentoring
• Multiple methods of contact for bid solicitation
• Tracking and reporting MBE/MFE utilization
